Different Kinds of Boarding
Boarding without training
Boarding without training, also called “simple boarding,” is perfect for those dogs that just need to be watched, fed, and loved for a while in a safe and fun environment. This could be useful for pet parents that are going out of town for a few days, or even for someone that just needs a single day of help watching their dog (for example, boarding your dog while you move to a new home across town). Your dog will be fed, taken outside in a fully fenced yard, played with, walked, snuggled, and socialized for the duration of their stay. You will also receive photos and videos of your dog every day, and can even arrange real-time video calls.

Boarding with training
Boarding with training includes all of the same benefits of simple boarding, PLUS training for your dog. You can request 1-2 tasks per 3 days for us to work on while you’re away (subject to approval). This is great for pet parents that want their dog’s obedience skills to stay sharp while they’re away, or for those wanting some extra help on tasks from a trainer. Your dog will spend a few hours each day working on the tasks of your choice. Some examples include crate training, door manners, leash manners, or obedience training tasks (down, place, heel, etc). Progress varies from dog to dog as we all learn at our own paces.
Pricing
Please note that due to limitation with Squarespace/Acuity Scheduling, the boarding services listed display an “hourly” rate.
*This is inaccurate. Prices shown are DAILY rates.*
Boarding without training is $45 per day.
Boarding with training is $65 per day.
Because of these scheduling limitations, daily rates are NOT prorated. For this reason, it is suggested to select the earliest drop off time and latest pick up time possible for you - primarily so that your dog has the most time on day 1 to adjust, but also so that you can get your money’s worth!
Boarding Requirements
If your dog does not meet these requirements, please send a text to 801-477-7258 to discuss options further before booking.
For your dog’s safety, happiness, and well-being, the following things are required to be able to board:
Your dog must be friendly and socialized with other dogs, and not display any aggressive behaviors towards others.
Your dog must be crate/kennel trained - in other words, they must be able to stay in their crate/kennel, without being overly stressed, for a few hours alone if necessary AND for sleeping overnight.
Your dog must be in good health at the time of boarding, and not have any current infections or communicable illnesses.
You must provide your dog’s food for meals (enough for the duration of the stay plus one extra day, in case of emergencies).
Additionally, the following things are recommended, though not required, to facilitate the best experience for your dog:
Your dog being up to date on all vaccines
Your dog being fully potty trained
You dog being spayed/neutered
Your dog being on a feeding schedule or specific amount of food per day, as opposed to “free feeding.”
